On the hillsides of Piomingo..

For almost 80 years, people have been coming to the hills around Piomingo Bend in the Ohio River for growth, adventure, and peace in the outdoors. From Van Buren Overlook, you can see deep into Indiana and the farm lands on the other side of the river. From North Point, you can hear Otter Creek flow into the Ohio. You can dip your feet into the cool water coming out of Morgan's Cave, and you can read in the Big Tuck Library, with the names of decades of counselors painted on the walls.

Your Camp Springforth host, Zac,  spent years working at Piomingo. It is his home camp, and he is incredibly proud to show you how amazing it is. Join us in September for an experience like no other and see why he loves the place so!

Here's just some of what you can look forward to:

Morgans Cave, just a few minutes hike from camp, is a great spot to cool off and tell the mysterious legend of the confederate raider John Hunt Morgan and his travels through this part of Kentucky, but also for salamander hunting, rock jumping, and good-old splish-splashing in the creek.

The high ropes and zip line at Camp Piomingo are a highlight of every weekend. With the best-trained staff in the region, the high ropes course allows anyone to challenge themselves in total safety. Coming down the zip line is a thrill!

Arts and Crafts can change a life.

Tie-dye can teach about generosity.

Friendship bracelets can be forever.

Springforth is here to bring that experience to your family.
